Billing and receipts
Your subscription, your card, your invoices — all of it lives in one place. Here is how to find what you need.
See your invoices
Go to Account → Billing → Invoices. Every charge you have ever paid is listed by date with a download button. PDF or plain text. Both work for accounting.
If you are missing an invoice, scroll all the way down. Older ones load on click.
Update your card
Same page. Click Update Payment Method. Type in the new card. It saves and uses the new card for the next charge. Your old card stops being used immediately.
We never store your full card number. We use Stripe for payments and they handle all the secure stuff.
Change the billing email
Invoices go to the email you signed up with by default. To send them somewhere else — like your bookkeeper — go to Billing → Receipt Email and put in the new address. Both addresses will get a copy from then on.
Add your business name and EIN
If you want your invoices to have your business name and EIN on them for accounting, go to Billing → Business Info and fill it in. Future invoices will include that info. Old invoices will not change, but you can email us if you need an old one reissued.
Tax deductible?
For most service pros, Speakyboo is a business expense and is deductible. We are not your accountant so do not take our word as legal advice. But every contractor we know writes off their phone, their apps, and their software. Speakyboo is the same kind of thing.
Annual vs monthly
You can switch from monthly to annual at any time. Annual saves you two months of payment. To switch, go to Billing → Change Plan and pick the annual version of your current plan. The change kicks in at your next billing date.
