What export formats do I get?
Pro and Max plans include PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown, and plain text. You can also copy directly to clipboard. Free users can export as text only.
Can I edit the text after dictating?
Yes. After your speech is processed and polished, you can edit the text directly in your workspace before exporting. Change words, restructure paragraphs, or switch rewrite modes.

What is the desktop app?
The native Mac app adds a floating pill that sits on top of any window. Speak into Gmail, Notion, Slack, Figma — your words land right where you need them. It also includes system-wide shortcuts and auto-type. Available on the Max plan.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The Max plan includes 5 team seats. Share documents, collaborate on rewrites, and build a shared voice workspace. Need more seats? Add them as an add-on for $40/mo per 5 additional members.

What counts as a message?
One recording session equals one message. Speak for 10 seconds or 10 minutes about a real work situation — it counts the same. No per-minute billing, no hidden costs.
How does pricing work?
Two plans: Pro at $20/month for individual professional English practice, and Max at $100/month for unlimited use, teams, API access, and the desktop app. Both can be expanded with add-ons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Downgrade or cancel from your account settings. Your documents stay accessible.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
You will see a prompt to upgrade your plan or add a message pack to keep going. Your existing documents and exports are always accessible.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons let you expand your plan: extra storage (+10 GB), API access, additional team seats (+5 members), or message packs (+5,000 or +35,000/mo). Each is $40/month and available on any paid plan.
Privacy and security
Is my voice recorded or stored?
No. Your audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately. We do not keep voice recordings. The saved material is the text, lesson context, and account-linked progress you choose to keep.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share or sell your information. Your documents belong to you.
How do I access the app after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you receive a login link by email. Click it and your workspace opens immediately. You can also sign in with a passkey for instant access.
