How accurate is the translation?
Accurate enough to quote a job and close it. Speakyboo uses the latest speech models tuned for conversational Spanish — including regional slang, trade vocabulary, and noisy job sites. If a word is wrong, you'll hear it in context and can correct it on the fly.
Does it work without internet?
It needs a connection. Most of the time, your phone's LTE or 5G is enough. If you work in basements or rural service areas with no signal, set up the call before you go in — the same way you'd check a map.
What about HIPAA — can I use this in a medical or home health setting?
Speakyboo is not currently HIPAA-certified, so don't use it for protected health information in clinical settings. Front-desk scheduling, intake basics, and non-PHI coordination are fine. We're working on a HIPAA tier — contact us if you need it.
Can my whole crew use one account?
