Invite your team

If you run a crew, every person who talks to customers should have Speakyboo on their phone. Here is how to set them up.

Open the team page

In the app, click your initials in the bottom left, then click Team. You will see who is already on your account.

Send an invite

Click Invite Member. Type their email. Pick a role:

• Member — can use the app, translate with customers, save phrases. Most of your crew is this.
• Manager — everything a member can do, plus they can invite people and see usage stats.
• Owner — full control, including billing. That is you.

Click Send. They get an email with a link to set up their account. The link expires in 7 days.

How seats work

Your plan comes with a number of seats. Each person on your team uses one seat. If you need more, go to Billing and add seats. They prorate to the day so you only pay for what you use.

Shared phrases

When you invite someone to your team, they get access to your shared phrase library. So all the lines you have saved for quoting, scheduling, and closing out jobs are right there in their app. No setup required.

You can decide which phrases are shared and which are private to each person. Toggle the lock icon next to each phrase to control it.

Remove someone

When a crew member leaves, go to Team, click their name, and hit Remove. That frees up the seat. Their personal data goes with them. Your shared phrases and team history stay.

Tip for small crews

If you have 2 or 3 guys, the Crew plan is cheaper than buying individual seats. Check the pricing page for the math.
